What do I need to Buy a Property?

First contact us with your specific property interest. After deciding on the property, we can then walk you through purchasing with either your own real estate agent or our own.

Is a Property ready to be occupied?

Not all properties are available for occupation at this time, contact us and see what time lines and availablities are.

Do I need to make repairs to the house?

Your house will come brand new and move in ready. There will be no repairs needed, but if you find an issue, we will take care of it before the sale is final.
